Whether in the amateur or professional ranks of hockey, Maple Leaf Analytics provides organizations and players the opportunity to merge the worlds of analytics and psychology in order to gain unforeseen levels of excellence on and off the ice.

Maple Leaf Analytics seeks to work with players by conducting a series of psychometric evaluations that can provide statistical data on player personality and psyche. This data is then evaluated by our team of professional psychologists, who can use this information to provide recommendations in areas including:

  • On-ice player usage
  • Off-ice mental routines
  • Career planning

This information can be of great value both to players and organizations. Players can gain new insights that help them succeed off the ice. Coaches can gain new information that helps them decide which players might be more successful in certain on-ice situations. Managers can better understand the capabilities of the athletes that they’re working with. The end result is that everyone improves, which means players, coaches, and managers are all set up for greater success.
